Sometimes I am cranky on main, so I figured I'd mention a good support interaction I had today
Woke up to a text from my credit card asking if I recognized a charge. I did not. I opened the card's app to confirm it was really from the fraud dept. Called the number in the app. Spoke to a woman who asked some questions, confirmed it, cancelled my card, is sending me a new card, fedex overnight.
Me: The same design, don't send me one with an eagle or a flag
Her: No eagle or flag, righto
