Patriot Front wouldn't be able to form anything in New England even in a collapse scenario as Nationalist Social Club is too strong there for NE is its home turf and both are enemies at war with each other. Maybe parts of the American South PF would have more luck but except for small chapters they have been largely kicked out of New England.
