Counterpoint: companies don't need to convince workers that a job is a favor because having a job is a genuine privilege.

Workers can't produce the things they need to live without productive infrastructure. When companies own all of the productive infrastructure, leasing you access to it in the form of employment is a favor they do to you.

Changing attitudes is fantastic, but materially the only way out is to return productive infrastructure to the commons.
