I hate that, feel like attaching spikes to my back.
Talking of queues it reminds me of a funny story my mother's friend had, she had been queueing in the big Tesco on the Inverness outskirts when she met a neighbour, who was very Hyacinth. She turned to say hello, neighbour became flustered and started the routine of oh, well, we really only shop in Marks but as we were passing this place and I had forgotten something, she said with a trolley loaded. Mother's friend was like I care where you shop!
