I should add that I’ve tried a disk copy on the old laptop - but DISKCOPY.COM can only copy like to like (so not a DD disk to an HD one), and the files are in too many directories to make me want to copy them “by hand” with DOS 5 era tools (though I will if all else fails - but I’ll need to fix the laptop’s screen first…) 🙄😂
