Also noticed that officer Matthew Pieroway, who chased a suspect (Burrell Ramsey-White) against orders was not reprimanded for this. He shot Ramsey-White dead. So I guess if you're gonna disobey orders, make sure you kill someone. Then you, like Pieroway, might get a medal for your killing!
