Things I would like the next government to do:

expand social housing;

expand funding for the NHS & social care;

repurpose the Bank of England to focus on the economy as a whole not just inflation;

fund universities, further education & schools properly;

reorganise rail to serve the public good not private profits;

ditto, water, energy & telecommunications (broadband);

engage with unions (& other groups) to reform work & employment rights;

push a green transition...

my expectations: low!
