Some of them are nice, to be sure. Light, fruity notes and the like. But without a full body the brew runs the risk of tasting too watery, when the full-bodied taste is the exact reason I prefer coffee over tea, to begin with.
Some of my favorites are the coffees described as being "winey," since they have lots of complexity but still a full body.
