I really like Podcast Addict.
I don't like that they are pushing Mainstream crap now, but only when you add new podcasts. Of course they suggest NPR, etc. But I expect they almost all do that.
I paid their one time fee to have it ad free, totally worth it.
Podcast Addict also lets you easily add radio stations, and such.
