Okay drop the weight to the lowest available (smallest dumbbell, lightest machine setting, easybar instead of barbell) and try reps at that weight. If it still hurts after or during the first rep then go cold turkey on arms and lift something else (shoulders, core, legs etc.). If it doesn't hurt immediately then see how many reps you can get and build your way up slowly. Whatever rep/weight combo you find that causes pain, do reps below that amount for the next few weeks and do not progress the weight until you feel comfortable.
