It was a lot worse when my ISP had been causing a double NAT (there was a NAT on my side of the router, but also a different NAT on their side of the router - they reorganized their network awhile back and got rid of their NAT and SO MUCH STUFF started working better).

But all that said, Safari still has issues sometimes. A thing I've been seeing in the last month or two is images only loading ~1/5th of the top of images.
