Interesting... From my testing when I was reviewing the Android app, Primal has some kind of NSFW filter on their app itself, and it wasn't always effective in the Nostr Firehose or Media Only feeds.
That said, it shouldn't matter what relay you are using when you are just looking at your follower feed, when it comes to porn. You should only see it if people you follow are posting it, and then you know who you should stop following.
The exception would be when idiots post porn using unrelated hashtags, like asknostr, plebchain, or coffeechain just to get more visibility. That's where you should have a client with good NSFW filters. I think that's NIP-36. I haven't had issues with Amethyst or Coracle when it comes to that.
