Idunno. I'm going to try to eat and sleep. Things have been escalating, lately. I feel panicked, and I'm feeling like if I got the wrong feel about someone moving close to me in public, I might attack. I'm also getting the urge to attack proactively. Idunno. I'm gonna splash water on my face, eat, take some emergency antipsychotics, sleep, and see if I can get sorted. If I'm not able to significantly curb this daily mental escalation, I'm going to have to go back to the hospital for a stay
