I don't get it. I think the regret is having too much fiat, not spending bitcoin. Or do you expect us to sleep naked under a bridge and die of starvation for the sake of not spending?
The problem with not spending is that one day the government/system will dictate how you are allowed to earn and spend your fiat and if you haven't practiced using bitcoin (among other things, of course) you will be trapped.
