I hate how I confirmed with my psychiatrist yesterday that my newest medication works by basically dulling everything bad - and good.

This means that it disassociates me without me wanting to necessarily and in order for functions to hopefully happen, I guess.

I don't like feeling disconnected from the world, but I guess this is the option I have before going onto harder meds like lithium.

I hate that I'm so broken...
