Relays are linked to your keys, if you add them on a client, they will follow you to another client. Try astral.ninja and add all the relays that are suggested to you, then go to Damus and you’ll see they are now there too. Another fun thing to try: login on astral with someone else’s pubkey and go to settings, you’ll be able to see what relays they are using.
