As for "tell at a glance", do you mean you keep switching profiles, or open multiple profiles in different tabs/windows/apps? It could get complicated as in showing posts from multiple profiles on multi-column UI (Phanpy doesn't do this, npub1hdjl33z2yaz5kx9wxks0knfds4eaykm5whw24eatx5hndr2ev8yq0r3edj (npub1hdj…3edj) does).
