🇫🇷 En 2004, nous avions un service du soir où nous allions à Namur en omnibus depuis Luxembourg (le train était néanmoins direct jusqu'Arlon) et ensuite, nous allions garer à Ronet (gare de formation) où nous laissions deux des trois automotrices avant de repartir vers Arlon, toujours en omnibus. Namur - Arlon, c'est quand même 130 km! Après Ciney, c'était souvent le calme plat... mais c'est ça aussi le service public! Une photo prise le 28 septembre 2004 pendant la pause à Ronet. Les automotrices classiques étaient encore omniprésente à l'époque mais leur disparition définitive approche à grand pas...

🇬🇧 In 2004, we had an late service where we went to Namur as stopping service from Luxembourg (the train was nevertheless direct to Arlon) and then we went to Ronet (yard) where we left two of the three EMUs before heading back for Arlon, still as stopping service. The distance between Namur and Arlon is 130 km! After Ciney, it was often dead calm... But that's also what public service is all about!
