Bravo to of all places, Costco! We were shopping about noon when power went out. Everyone froze in place. I’ve never seen such orderly and excellent emergency response from store staff like this. Precision timing-staff immediately in action to
assigned tasks from securing store to reassuring shoppers, orderly steps to protect coolers, meat and deli bins, etc. 2 registers ran on generators to get shoppers out the door. Water and snacks passed out. Power out at least 45 minutes. Great!
