You're assertion seems to assume some hypothetical where we abolish the police in some sweeping act or suddenly, and that we do so in a vacuum, without altering anything else in society, and that capitalism continues as is. Nobody here except you has suggested anything of the sort. The original discussion or point was that capitalism, such as it is, can't exist without state police enforcing capitalist property rights. I then went on to briefly list the many ways we need to also alter our social relations outside of capitalist modes, but you came back and suggest that we need a police force under capitalism. Most empires crumble. They don't fall suddenly. I imagine the same with ending state police. Its a process not an event. And, most human societies throughout history, settlements of 10k or more, existed without state police forces. Idk what else to tell you.
