Finished Flanagan's House of Usher tonight. As a big Edgar Allan Poe fan (ever since I read his Tell Tale Heart when I was 12), I really liked the often subtle references to his works like Rue Morgue, Amontillado and Nevermore. +1 for the extra gory depiction of the deaths too. Probably one of my favourite Poe inspired story for a long while. Must watch if you enjoy Poe and Flanagan's work. I'd put this among the top five of the latter's works probably after Hill House and Gerald's game. #FallOftheHouseOfUsher
