A rant about BLUE PENS!
Yes, you read that right. Blue. Pens.
I don't know if it's just me, but when I have an assortment of pens, or am stuck using a blue one (instead of my preferred black), it doesn't matter the brand, but there must be something wrong with the color hue and the ink composition chemically.
The nibs get blocked too easily and I have to waste time trying to get it to work with scratch paper, shaking it, blowing into the tube, licking the nib (doesn't work much and yes, tastes bad when it DOES). I rarely have the same problems with any other color, but it's always the blue (whether gel or rollerball, hell even felt tips dry out quicker than the other colors lately).
I just wonder what the deal is. I love journaling in different colors (saved my black-infused color pens by Uniball for my journals for fun), and what pen am I TRYING to use today? The blue one.
