I am now convinced that alongside the mass social murder of our time, perpetuated upon us by the oligarch class, several generations of humanity, are embracing a collective suicide in the form of abandoning their hopes of reasonable longevity.

Perhaps a significant proportion of us have always done so. But to see this, excuses being more akin to eugenics than merely sadness and defeatism is utterly chilling to me.
