In a direct afront to #ICJ provisional measures and the #genocide convention writ-large, #Egypt, lead by Western-backed dictator #Sisi, is building a new #ConcentrationCamp in the Sinai desert at the behest of #Israel. A tent city surrounded by concrete walls. No more of a plan with what to do with the #Palestinians that will be forced there from #Gaza like caddle than there was in 1948. The difference being that its not being errected by the UN, and will not offer mobility outside of its confines: it is being designed entirely as a zone of exception from the responsibilities of sovereign authority. Thats a concentration camp.
