Strong recommendation to have fire blankets close to your cooking area and in sight. Also, to educate yourself on how to handle a grease fire. I’m making a reminder to do that periodically so I don’t panic as much as I did this afternoon. Only one casualty at least: RIP the pan that I hated anyway. #cooking
