I do cream sauces often. I love ricotta so sometimes I'll make a roux and mix in ricotta to get a super thick sauce 😋 I like adding garlic, but I'd usually add it as a powder if doing Alfredo. We'd really like to get a food freeze dryer and I'd love to make my own spices. A freeze dried garlic powder would probably be incredibly powerful! Haha
