Update: Live Voicemail is probably not the right term for this, rather that’s a handy voicemail thing that came out at the same time!

Not sure *this* feature has a name beyond "outside of the US carriers often charge to relay messages through the Visual Voicemail instead of the old school phone network where you call a number to hear your voicemails and now it's available on-device so you don't have to pay carriers" 😛
