i guess the ideal bodyweight workout is the following
regular/archer push-up combination (chest, triceps)
pull-ups (back, shoulders, forearm, biceps)
leg raises (abs/core)
regular/jumping squats (legs)
and something i rarely do (mainly because it's also winter):
jogging (legs, stamina)
