Once a TRO is granted in a #ScheduleA case, the deck is totally stacked against the defendants. Their money is frozen. The plaintiffs are generally asking for a settlement that would cost far less than fighting back.
You just can't assume that a lack of appearance/objection is any kind of admission of wrongdoing.
