Happy Saturday, Paula, Mum, and Dad.
I started pulmonary rehab yesterday and had quite a workout, and I loved every minute of it. I'll be going M,W, and F, and other days, I have to walk as long as I can handle. Wednesday was orientation, but I was instructed to start walking, so I'm anxious to see how far I can make it today since the first walk was nothing to brag about.
