Plus, our traffic volumes are way higher now, and there are a lot more parked cars along suburban streets, and cars have gotten much bigger. It's a crazy jungle out there for commuter cyclists, except for the welcome stretches of cycle lane sanity and the lower speed limits in the centre city.

There's a lot of work still to be done to make the city safe.
