Just a reminder because everybody gets confused about this. Most bottom brackets (except Italian and French) have reverse threads on the drive side. Dumb side is always right-threaded.
Pedals have a reverse thread on the opposite side (dumb side) as the BB, meaning if you can remember which side one of them is on, you can remember which side the other is on.
