You can actually even go much lower. I was investigating BTCPay and saw something called mSats.
I seems they are already dividing Satoshi. I thought they would have to modify the Bitcoin code before they could do that.
Many would happily pay as well. It's only becomes a problem if they tried making the price to be 1 dollar or more per follower which is ridiculously high.
