I may be wrong, but as I get it, in your case the channel is held online by Megalith LSP (LSP stands for lightning service provider; there should be more companies around). Alby is now mediating and easing the interface between lightning liquidity providers and users. I guess your channel should be online as long as you tell them otherwise, that is, to closing it for whatever reason, —withdrawing, the most usual—. So in short, you just spent a few bucks on opening the channel, and possibly some other sats are reserved in case of channel closure due failures...
