Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a quality book printer for a book (it's a novel with some black and white photos) we are going to print as a 90-year-old birthday gift. We are not interested in selling it. Just having a few copies printed. BUT we want it to be high end. Nice paper, quality print, probably hard back, though we would also look at a nice quality paperback. Price is not a major consideration. We are more interested in quality.
