As a #Dvorak typist, I loathe using "-" as a passphrase separator. I've gotten into the habit of using the standard space " " instead.
At first, it was real weird, but it's grown on me, and now I find it quite natural, just like typing normal sentences.
I won't smash the words together though, as that could weaken security and I loathe pressing the <Shift> key when I don't have to.
