NOSTRGRAM UPDATE - DOWNLOAD YOUR ENTIRE NOSTR HISTORY
The best way to preserve your personal Nostr history is to run a relay, but not everybody knows how to do that. However, if you use NostrGram and you're writing to any of the paid relays, you can download your entire Nostr history with a single click of a button.
Just click the download icon in your profile box and your history file will be downloaded in JSON format (one event per line of the file). The download icon is shown int he image below (circled in red).
