The dirty little secret (and what Al Jaber is referring to) is that there are no solutions on the table that actually work. Ye Tao's MEER addresses warming, it truly does. Ye Tao also presented at COP26/27. Even Ye Tao, though, knows we can't simply stop using oil, we need to mitigate warming and come up with a complete plan. I get Al Jaber's frustration.
