Robovac just got stuck under the kitchen unit. Went to help it and found this! Then decided I better check outside at I knew they had tried to put it under the floorboards but it had not work and I found that hole, straight through the wall if our timber frame bungalow left unsealed. The pipe is an emergency drain thing for the water tank I beleive
