I just don't see how banning anybody plays out well. The solution is people moving away and unsubscribing from bad content. How you get there I'm not sure. Maybe things like community notes on Twitter can help. There needs to be a source of truth out there that is neutral when something controversial is said. If somebody says things that are untrue or harmful and that just raises their follower count there is something fundamentally broken.
