Proton, the privacy focused email and online services provider, has now restructured itself so that it is majority owned by the new Proton Foundation, which is a non-profit coporation legally dedicated to Proton's mission of providing privacy preserving services to the community. This is to ensure that no future corporate hostile takeover of Proton is possible. Bravo Proton!
