I’ll be traveling to Italy again a few years after my first trip (which was to Tuscany and Florence). I’ll be near Milan and I have been looking at sites re: Black While Traveling and reading about so many instances of white people touching black women’s hair. I directly called out a co-worker in NY once for that same behavior. I think if it happens in Europe, I want to turn the tables, invade the person’s space and immediately touch THEIR hair. Thoughts?
