Interestingly, #Moldova electoral commission has not posted detailed voting results from commissions abroad, although there had been a small change - foreign countries are now coloured blue and clickable, which looks a bit like this is work in progress.

Clicking on a country doesn’t do anything on the user interface, but the JavaScript loads the following JSON data but it seems to contain detailed data for all voting regions, except for “abroad” which are aggregate:
