It's strange seeing the uptick in activity Servo has received this year, because it seemed dead under its new stewardship. With Firefox increasingly dysfunctional, perhaps that was all that was needed to renew interest. Perhaps the intent was to replace Firefox anyway, placing the community back at the heart of Web development in an emphatic 'fuck you' to the company, who once stood for an open Web, now ensnared in corporate interests.
