I’m ill and feeling awful (no sympathy required), and spent most of yesterday in bed. But I wanted a biscuit and it wasn’t safe for Ryan to go and get some (cloudburst + flash flooding = very bad driving conditions), so I made peanut butter cookies, which take about 10 mins prep and 10 mins baking.
