Are you losing your mind and business to the US’ regulation by enforcement approach?
The WEF is here to tell you not to worry. In its new report on digital asset regulation, it has found that industry players see the US’ “tough approach” a “positive for the industry”.
It also finds that the EU’s reserve requirements for stablecoins are too strict, and that we should all be using digital identities and the blockchain for AML/KYC.
