I was making fajitas the other day, but had too many veggies and not enough pan to fry them, so I steamed them instead. I stored the leftover juices+seasoning, and just tried some today.
It's almost like a glaze? And it tastes so good! Drizzled it over some eggs and rice and HNNNNGGGHHH I love happy accidents. :3
