"seamless" synching with the mobile is very hard - there is no technology in the world today that allows it without major risks to security of communications, unfortunately.
While we believe that seamless sync is possible, it requires modifying Signal algorithm in a way that would work for multiple devices - the way Signal does is we see as an unacceptable compromise of security, allowing to add devices to the conversation without user noticing, so we are looking for a better solution.
