I can, however, give you a recipe for a runner's high. First off you need to be trained up so you can do sustained cardio for about 60-80min without needing a full day to recover after. You don't need to be fast, but you need to be able to get and keep your heart rate up for a full hour without trouble. This can take years of training to reach.

But, if you are in that condition and go for a 70min run where you start slow, but keep getting faster, gently that's when it hits.
