Just popping in here to ask, have you heard about curbside voting? I don’t know Carter did it, but in 2016 I drove my elderly mother to her polling place and she voted from the car. No way she could have stuck out the line. Mail-in ballots were only for people out of state on Election Day back then.
It made her incredibly happy to be able to vote one last time. Check the rules in your state. In Virginia it’s available for early voting as well. #USPol
